What's your biggest letdown?

Like many others, I do a lot of research before buying a product. There are tons of posts looking for favorite and recommendations, but I want to hear what you guys were disappointed in or were let down by so everyone cam get more perspectives.

Personally, I got Beyond and was a little disappointed. Not bad, but it took me a while to feel anything and even then I wasn't blown away by it.
