Dry eyes - what eye drops are safe?

I got tinnitus after getting floxed 6 months ago. It has improved a lot and i don't really notice it anymore and my brain has kind of tune it out. But now i have another issue - dry eyes. I bought some otc eye drops and after using it twice, my tinnitus flared up and got much louder, much like how it was 2 -3 months ago. I haven't taken anything else so the culprit must be the eye drops. The box says it contains hypromellose, benxzalkonium chloide and edetate disodium. Are these known to cause flare ups in floxies?

I really need help with finding alternatives, can anyone suggest some eye drops that are proven to be friendly and safe for floxies? Thanks.
