Would pyromanic 4 star mod help my enclave plasma rifle w/flamer mod?

Experimenting with mods my main weapons are

2x enclave plasma rifles (one aligned flamer) and one (aligned automatic)

What would be the best course of action for these two with mods?

Also feel free to recommend favorite rifle style builds happy to find other cool weapons!
