No confirmation email after flight purchase

We purchased a round trip flight and instead of a confirmation email for the flight got a confirmation email for purchasing Discount Den. Transaction went through for the flight in my bank account. I messaged Frontier’s service chat and they said the discount den email was an error. However they did not send a confirmation email and now I have no way to access my reservation and don’t know if I’ll be able to access my boarding pass. Anyone ever dealt with this or have any advice? TIA.

Edit: disclaimer - I posted this for my gf. I thought posting from first person perspective was less confusing but I didn’t do this. Just going off of what she’s telling me so I apologize if any of it doesn’t make sense
