you don't act like a man

hello, i'm a trans ftm guy (18) and i've identified as a trans guy for 4 years now. it's not a problem, my mom and my brother are really supportive (i don't have any contact with my father), but sometimes people that i really care about say that i don't act like a man. when i ask them to explain what they mean, they say that i talk about marvel a lot (the characters and the actors), watch edits on tiktok (what) and stuff like that. i know it sounds ridiculous, but sometimes it really gets to me.

one particular person said to me yesterday that i keep saying that i'm a man, but don't act like one, that u want to go on testosterone and have top surgery, but overall don't act like a man. they said that they don't understand it when trans people tell everyone that they identify as the opposite gender, before they start acting like them. it really hurt me, because they're the most important person in the world to me. i can't say that they're not supportive though, because they ARE. they always correct people when they misgender me, they never misgender me and they treat me like a guy, when we were at a wedding together and gendered games started, they immediately took my hand and helped me escape, because they know these things make me uncomfortable.

overall, they're amazing. i don't think them saying that i don't act like a man was meant to insult me, i think they genuinely don't understand.

how do i explain to them that i don't have to act like a stereotypical masculine man, to be a guy?
