Does low-dose T in the beginning limit bottom growth?

Thinking I wanna go on T but bottom growth is something I'm not huge on as I haven't got any bottom dysphoria whatsoever. I know the majority of growth happens in the first year of being on T, so would being on a low dose limit growth then?
