Games with 90s Ney York Vibes

Doesn't have to be specifically New York, but I'm looking for games in like a grimy 90s urban environment, with skyscrapers, dirty backalleys, sewers, warehouses, chainlink fences, graffity, leather jackets etc. Escape from New York movie vibes so to speak.

I've got an itching for that sort of nostalgic atmosphere after listening to Elegant friction by X-ray Dog. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
