Looking for superhero mobile game

There’s this mobile game i used to play as a kid(2010s) You would recruit superheroes and you can train them in different rooms like the gym, bedroom, classroom, etc. Then you take a set amount of heroes and it would show you a map of places that needed saving and you would fight villains in waves and you would have different power ups. It was a top-down game and they superheros werent real and it was cartoonish and i remember one game who wore yellow and blue and he had a cape. Please help me figure out this game
