As a Customer - Grub Hub sucks

The entire experience is typically poor. By the time my overpriced (Grub Hub tax) food arrives it's refrigerator cold. Of course no one takes the order unless you pre-tip and you just have to hope for tip worthy service. Then, Grub Hub has the audacity to let drivers do multiple orders simultaneously ensuring my lunch is a pleasant room temperature or colder by the time it gets here.
