Twin Guinea Pigs Hate Me

Hi everyone, I got two male guinea pigs (seemingly related) last year. They have been raised together in the same habitat since then. They have always bit me and ran away from me, but I thought that was normal "new person" behavior.

A year from now, they are still biting me and never want to be picked up by me. I thought giving them space would help, but it has only gotten worse. Is this normal guinea pig behavior? How can I make them like me?
