Goldbelly mail order experiences?

How have people's experiences been with ordering ice cream (or anything else possibly perishable for that matter) via Goldbelly?

Considering placing an order for some ice cream that's not available locally and was just curious

I know the prices are really high but not many options if one wants to have access to gourmet ice cream and desserts that can't be found locally
