Barclays recruitment

So I applied for a role on the 11th of March and received a assessment link a few hours later which I then completed within 24hrs. It was a ‘Values & Mindset’ Assessment. The week later I missed a call from the recruiter whom I attempted to call back within minutes and it just kept going to voicemail. I then emailed recruitment support for a callback but never received anything even after chasing up 3 times. It has now been 4 weeks since I applied. The site says it is still accepting submissions & my application status is ‘Progress to next stage’ Anyone who has applied for Barclays is this timeline common and the lack of a callback despite chasing it up? Any helps appreciated
