how rough are peggy's shows?

my dad's been a fan of peggy since veteran, i've only been a fan since just before STH came out. we're going to see him tomorrow night and he's been acting SO weird and unenthusiastic and after grilling him for a while he told me he was scared i'm gonna get hurt because they can be rough. for context i am a relatively small 17 year old girl but i really can't imagine it'll be that bad - can someone please tell me how rough they can get ? i want to be able to reassure him that i'll be fine (or if they are rough, i'll stay out of the way) so that he chills out and actually enjoys the show LMAO
