How many eggs a day do you eat?
Eggs always are my #1 keto food. They are so versatile and contain lots of essential nutrients like high-quality protein, healthy fats, and vitamins/minerals like B12, D, and choline.
- can be prepared in countless ways
- are a easy to go snack
- perfect satiety/calorie ratio
- are relatively cheap
I upped my intake recently to 6-8 a day and feel great on them!
