How many eggs a day do you eat?

Eggs always are my #1 keto food. They are so versatile and contain lots of essential nutrients like high-quality protein, healthy fats, and vitamins/minerals like B12, D, and choline.

  • can be prepared in countless ways
  • are a easy to go snack
  • perfect satiety/calorie ratio
  • are relatively cheap

I upped my intake recently to 6-8 a day and feel great on them!
