Does it make a difference whether the carbs are spread throughout the day versus all in one meal?

Since starting keto, I've been doing three meals a day. I don't have cravings for processed foods or baked stuff most of the time, however I would love if I could eat more cashew nuts during breakfast. However, it has a fair amount of carbs in them, it is super easy to get your "about 20 grams" worth of carbs with them.

So, that got me thinking: if I chose to meet my carb quota for the day right in the breakfast, using the cashew nuts, would that be bad for ketosis since the carbs will all be absorbed in a very short time span? Like, it will be a lot of carbs all at once, will that signal my body to break out of ketosis, somehow?

In doubt, I'm still eating very small amounts of cashew nuts and I'm keeping carbs under 20 grams/day as recommended, sometimes much less, sometimes almost exactly 20. But I would still like to know whether that should worry me or not.
