Jinx skin question

One of the things I noticed about the jinx skin that I haven’t seen mentioned anywhere was that the glow of her gun in her menace version is pink, like in S3 EP9 that means in episode nine she is the menace

But that makes me question what is her hero of Zaun from isn’t she the hero of zaun when she breaks the people out of Stillwater? But she wore her normal Arcane dress in that episode.

But in her hero of Zaun form she wears the same dress as her menace version

Why didn’t they put an updated version of the normal Arcane skin as her hero form?

And maybe use the unbounded Arcane jinx as a base for the skin to make the quality this much better
