Cleared Meta Onsite (E4) — need team matching advice!

I just cleared the final round loop for Meta! I’m moving to team matching, and was wondering if anyone has any information on which orgs/teams are best to join? I’m looking for good WLB, of course.

For anyone interested - I have around 2.5 YOE. I was laid off 6 months ago and have interviewed at a couple of other FAANGs and large companies (rejected from all except one other FAANG that I’m still waiting to hear back from). Meta had by far the best interview process, although getting interviews scheduled was quite slow.

I did sign an NDA, so I can’t share details about the interviews, but I’ll say that they are very standard. I did not do any specific preparation for Meta — I’ve been generally going through Leetcode and system design problems for the past 6 months.

Any advice on team matching would be greatly appreciated!
