Is there much RP/in-character stuff on Treebeard?

Hello all! I'm fairly new to LotRO, and I mostly play with my daughter on another server. I was reading about the Legacy servers and they seem like an interesting way to experience a bit of the history of the game (I know it's not going to be exactly like it was, but still), so I was considering rolling an alt to play there occasionally as well.

I was just curious if there was much of an RP community on Treebeard. We usually play on Laurelin, and I've been blown away by how often we find friendly people just chilling out in character, strolling through the Shire or smoking a pipe in Bree.
