Need Help Deciding Between Base M4 14" MacBook Pro Or An ASUS ProArt P16

I have used MacBooks my entire life but have always had Windows installed on them as well, so I am used to both operating systems. In many instances, I prefer Windows and some MacOS. For the same price, the ProArt P16 has a bigger screen at 16", 32 gigabytes off ram, a terabyte of storage, and Windows which is better for games. The MacBook has a higher refresh rate at 120 hz vs. 60 hz but is not touch screen. I prefer the large size of the ProArt's trackpad as well. As I want to use my laptop for another 4 or so years before upgrading, which would be the better deal. The ProArt is most appealing to me and is the same price until the sale ends in a couple days but do not want to regret my purchase for either laptop. I am swaying more towards the ProArt so any ideas would be appreciated. (Yes, I know this is the MacBook Pro subreddit lol but want to see ideas.)
