Server and ping issues

Recently (I'm talking last 24 hours) I've been having crazy high ping and constant lag on the Sydney server playing on ps5, console only turned on.

Internet connection is pristine, and nothing else is having this issue, but I'm getting massive rubber banding and ping in the thousands
