Game Using All My Ram

Ive been loving this game but its eating all of my RAM. I play 2-3 games and have to exit out due to my usage hitting 99%. Even on the menu im getting around 70-80% usage. I am also on litterally the lowest possible settings and there is not much strain on my GPU or CPU. Im on the latest drivers and have no other apps running in the background. Does anyone have a fix or are my specs just too low.
