Is it actually hard to rank up in this game?

I didn't come from OW either but I hopped on this because I didn't want to feel like I missed the train and be the guy getting rekt by everyone not knowing what I'm doing.

For those struggling with climbing, here are my two cents. Play Fill (been compentent on at least two different heroes from each role), fill those team syns when you can because they can make a big dif (gamma bros/god squad), and learn iron man/magneto/strange because shutting down Penni Parkers annoying spider mines and turd machine can be game winning because of how popular she is from experience.
