Future black widow buffs

I swear to good give her a damage increase and that she can shot faster and she will be a skilled and I mean skilled character that is good. Yes even if she is bad she is skilled, I can pick up moon or star lord and use them well meanwhile widow is hard but that's not the point, I think she deserves buffs, she would be a good character.

•damage increase: she takes 3 full body hits to kill a 250hp hero so I think that if they buff her damage to a point where she takes 2 shots for a 250 hp hero would be Okay. The headshot should one shot only 250 and 275 hp heros.

•fire rate increase: she takes around 2 full seconds between each shot, you don't know how many times those 2 seconds made impossible to kill someone, I think that making the time between each shot 1.5 seconds would be good for her.

•ultimate buff: her ability is kinda decent now bit it still needs a small damage increase and when she is aiming her ult and gets killed she does restart with full ult but the moment that she slightly charges it and dies her charge is fully gone, for a ult like that is crazy, so I would like that her ult gets a 50% charge then 0.

•the kick: 15s cooldown is crazy, widow let's flanked 24/7 on a daily basis so simply a 12s cooldown would be okay.

This buffs are not crazy but they would maker her a decent choice and tbh I'm tired of trying to play my favorite character just to get insulted just for picking her so I'm praying that she gets buffed, I don't ask to be treated like storm that from D tier she became meta but at least I would like widow to be a decent pick, she doesn't need to melt tanks that's not her role but she is a back line killer sadly she can't do that so I'm hoping for some buffs
