Free skins only for low ranks

So with the new valentines skins for sue and reed netease is doing an event that allows you to get a free skin just by matching with a select streamer. Problem is, they are playing on new accounts with low mmr which means only low ranking players under diamond can match with them to get the skins. Seems like a bit of an oversight on the devs behalf or they just don't care about the lower percentage of players in higher ranks. Kind of annoying
