What character do you just not understand how to use?

I will start off with black panther I have tried using him in several occasions but I just don’t get it.Yet when the enemy has a black panther they dash through me about 7 times. When I use him I can hit the bell out of enemies but my cooldowns never recharge.. no matter what

Anyone else has a hero they don’t understand

Edit: wow I did not expect this to blow up as much tbh the most common answers seem to be Thor and Magik… any pro magik or Thor players that could offer some advice?
