Hear me out, butter chicken pot pie.
Picked up a butter chicken seasoning/sauce packet, mixed it in with cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, coconut milk, sautéed mushrooms, pan fried leftover ham, peas, carrots, corn, fresh Thai basil, fresh Taragon, salt, cayenne pepper, cardamom, garam masala and butter. While that was cooking down, smoked some chicken thighs with a yogurt, cardamom, and garam masala rub. Cubed the chicken, added it to the butter chicken mix, ladled that into Pillsbury pie crusts put in small foil casserole containers, poorly folded the excess crust over the top, dusted with garam masala, sesame crunch, and turbinado sugar. I understand that this is wrong on so many levels, but boy howdy did it smell good cooking!
