Azure AD SAML for anyconnect

Hi all,

I’ve configured and the majority of the time users are able to connect okay. However some users are getting the browser in built in Cisco anyconnect pop up and just stay on a white screen or in some cases they get could not navigate to single sign on URL.

We have found that no matter what version of anyconnect it happens and also isn’t consistent behaviour.

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this. I know meraki have diagnosed it isn’t an issue their end as when looking at the logging on the back end they see the request leave them to go to Microsoft.

Any advice or guidance is appreciated
