Should I get Afterimage or Blasphemous?

Both games are approximately the same price and was thinking of getting either one of them. The setting of Blasphemous looks amazing and the art style is incredible but I have heard that the movement and the combat are underwhelming. I’ve heard nothing but good things about afterimage but the art style is kinda throwing me off. Not that it looks bad, it just looks way too polished.

Which game did you get the most enjoyment out of?
