Glitch with Passives in New Game+?

Has anyone else run into a glitch in New Game+ where you can’t clear the unread icon on passives? If I go into a character and hover over it, it clears until I go back to the Heroes screen and then it reappears. So I can’t clear the annoying yellow dots.

I’m on PS5 btw
