ok, look. I'm quitting caffeine and here is my plan and why.
I'm trying to figure out where my headaches originated from.
It's almost like one day, I woke up, and boom, constant headaches 24/7.
I honestly think it started while I was locked up at 18 years old. I always had bowel issues. And I was complaining to other inmates how I couldn't poop regularly.
Well one of them offered a solution, coffee.
So I tried it and wow it made me poop normally. So I started drinking it all day everyday. I know at one point while I was locked up the headaches started happening. I blamed this on not having coffee. So I just basically drank coffee all day everyday. I got out and it was nothing but coffee.
If I quit drinking coffee I would get headaches. But tbh... I get headaches 24/7 always above my right eye.
The right eye area always hurts. Even when I'm downing tons of caffeine.
I've been to doctors, neurologists, and pain management, I'm literally getting occipital nerve shots and had one last week lol.
I've had like 4 mris.
But I always have a pain over my right eye that just never goes away.
I'm starting to wonder if it's caffeine.
I examined what I drank over the weekend. And it was literally JUST coffee. I didn't even drink water really. I drank like 3 pots a day all weekend Friday through Sunday.
This might be a shot in the dark, but I'm starting to wonder if maybe I'm just drinking to much caffeine.
I've been dealing with headaches the past like 4 years. And ALWAYS have pain over my right eye.
So, I just decided today, I'm just not drinking caffeine anymore. I have no idea if it'll help or if it's what caused it. But I'm willing to do anything to make the pain stop.
I sit and dwell constantly on what caused it, what changed to make me in pain.
I just don't even know sometimes....
