Please tell me someone has experienced this?

I just spent the weekend in the hospital after having a couple "episodes". With no warning, I was off balance, and started feeling spacey. I was totally aware, but was zoned out. I could think regularly, but I was delayed in being able to say anything. My toes and fingers were cold. I had no headache or any pain, no dizziness or nausea.

I had two episodes like this that last about 2 hours. The second one is what prompted me to go to the ER. Later that day, and then once the morning after, I had two very short episodes where I zoned out, but these lasted only 2 minutes.

I've never had anything like this before; except maybe 6 months ago when I had a few weeks of acute narcoleptic spells. Hard to say if this type of neurological response is related.

I've had a migraine or two before, but never chronically, and they always presented normally. I've also had a handful of optical migraines.

After my blood work, EEG, MRI, CT all came back negative, I was discharged with an answer of, "possibly a recent change in medication" (Vyvanse), or maybe a-typical or preliminary symptoms of a migraine.

So, I'm off my meds for now, and just sort of waiting to see if I have another episode or not. The meds have been GREAT for me, so I'm really hoping they're not the culprit-- not that I WANT migraines, either.

Has anyone had this experience? Dr google does seem to compute these symptoms with migraine aura without headache...
