Advice please! Insulin syringes for 5th dose

Hi everyone,

Would these syringes be OK to use to get the 5th dose out?

Open to recommendations if anyone has found a better one 😊

Is there a noticeable difference in 8mm compared to the 4mm? And do I use the needle to draw the remaining 5th dose from the red button thing at the top of the pen if that's makes sense? Where the normal needle would usually be screwed on. TIA!
