Having period emergency!!

Please Help!!!

So yea…i bled through my tampon and my pants. I asked someone for a tampon but I need pant that aren’t $50. I live on Long Island so I commute and don’t wanna take the train home like this. Is there anywhere I can get pants for cheap ? I’m at bobst rn. Thanks
