North Slope Alaska Advice.

I just landed a job working up on the north slope in Alaska. Most of my gear will be provided by the company I'm working with but I'm curious about what other clothing items or just quality of life things I should pack for my work up there. Like should I bring regular pairs of jeans, hoodies, shirts, and what type of layers should I pack? I expect to work about 50/50 inside and out.
