Which deepseek model to install locally?

I am using an M1 Macbook Air with 16GB of memory. I want to run a distilled deepseek model locally. What is the best model I can download that will be able to run on this machine without completely choking up the system?

From the limited information I was able to get on the internet the 14b model could be the one I want but it seems like it performs worse than the 32b model on coding tasks.
