Is it worth it?

The title says it all. Payday 3 First Year is currently on sale on Xbox, and I'm back on Payday 2 after a hiatus.

Was wondering if PD3 is worth at this point in time, watched a couple Knowley videos but I can't decide. I played the game when it was on Game Pass but apparently a lot changed, so that's why I'm asking. Let your takes out heisters
