Are you able to flip up septum’s with stars instead of traditional balls?

Something like this, I’ve loved this jewelry for so long but I’d need to keep my septum flipped or flip it for work. I’m gonna be talking to my piercer about a custom piece/not in store (anodized to a pinkish color w the stars but actual quality jewelry) but I’ll forgo the stars if I can’t hide my jewelry with those. Sorry if this is a stupid question
