Help (daith)

I got my daith pierced exactly one month ago today. I’m lucky, and my body is insanely good at healing piercing/tattoos. So I’ve been pretty chill with after care, just doing a sea salt soak once a day. However, my body is fighting back with this one. I noticed about a week and half ago that there was a bump around it. Just small, no discolouration or sensitivity. Since then, I’ve been doing a lot of travelling so I’ve been wearing headphones and sleeping wherever/whenever I can so I’ve been sleeping on it as well. I also won’t lie, I’ve forgotten to clean it a few days (I know I know, you don’t have to tell me how bad I’m doing at taking care of it). It’s obviously irritated and has become red and tender. It is still bleeding every time I clean it and scabbing. I’ve switched to using a piercing after care product and been using it twice a day for the last couple days, since I’ve been home.

I’m not super worried yet, so I don’t want to seek out my doctor. But from Yalls own experience, do you guys think I’m dealing with irritation, infection, scaring, or a keloid?
