Why do people think Jeff is really that balanced?

He’s not that broken, but not that balanced either. Most of my wins with him were lobby wipes (and I believe I’m only like level 10 with him) When someone is stuck in a corner and you crouch, an easy kill. When you kill someone with the other move and a decent amount of people are close expect at least 3 kills in 30 seconds. (On the map with the pink ao oni I just used the haste move for the last 3-5 people and it was REALLY easy) the only problem with Jeff is his hitbox, but that’s not that big of a problem considering you have two speed boosts abilities.
