Acclimating to normal room humidity?

I bought some harder to find (in my area) pothos yesterday (Manjuka Poonsin, Japanese global, carnival, champs, etc.) that are well rooted but were grown from wet sticks in prop boxes over the last few years (a lady is selling her collection due to leaving the country). I put them in an old (gross lol) empty aquarium with a light and plastic on top last night to try to recreate the environment they have been in, but how do I acclimate them to my normal room temperature, light and humidity?
