The Dino charge Rangers just got their mega sword. Well some of them. I’m on episode three

Why does the mega do a transformation? Look like I’m watching a bad advertisement for a Power Rangers mega sword toy.I think the mega sword is so offputting not unlike the other Dino mega zords we got in the past. like the original mega and the Dino thunder, mega are cool looking this one just looks weird.
