NO GAP YEAR JOBS?!?

Hello everyone, I am just about at my wit's end with trying to find something in my area. I graduated with a BS in Biochemistry and I've been working as a tech aide for 3+ years in undergrad, but now I want to get a full time job as either a medical assistant or clinical research coordinator, PCA, patient care coordinator, or even lab work, ANYTHING premed related but I am struggling big time.

I have been unsuccessful in my job search which I started since the end of summer and I have already had 2 breakdowns over this. I don't know if my mental sanity will hold on for much longer at this rate, I have to have done something better but EMT classes and medical assistant classes are something I can't afford.

Same with volunteering, most of the places I contact don't respond or have enough volunteers. It's not that I don't have the motivation or ability, but literally my area has little opportunities and the ones that are available don't respond. I have even began having suicide ideation. I just am at the biggest loss and time is running out for me this application cycle, everything seems like it's caving in, and I'm in tears. *hysterical sobbing* PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE BC I NEED IT.
