OSAP for studying abroad

hello all,

I've heard OSAP covers a portion of loans (federal part) for studying abroad. Does anyone know how much they cover? I've heard people say 20% and others 60%. I assume it depends on many factors but does anyone have a rough estimate? For example, how much would they cover for med school in Australia or Ireland? And I assume you re-apply yearly? thanks.
