Perry's, Rey's or Crawford Brothers

Looking to take my wife out for a nice Valentines day dinner (the week before) and would really appreciate opinions on the above three restaurants. What are their differences, value, specialties. My wife likes seafood and I like steak.

We have been to other nice restaurants in the area like Angus Barn, Sullivans, Bin45, Flemings and Second Empire.

Edit: Looked at all 3 and they all look super great from a menu standpoint but just looking for some opinions to potentially sway me one direction.
