Realtor Rut

Ive been a Realtor for a min now, I'm currently in a rut, Ive had a couple of listings that didn't sell for various reasons and I can't seem to generate buyers. I ended up having to take a WFH job that I hate but it helps pay my bills.

I do phone duty (when I can) and I send hand written letters to renters who's leases are going to be up 90-120 days from now to try and generate conversations. I'm in DFW area so the market isn't dead. Any suggestions on how to pull my self out of this rut or how did you pull yourself out?
