Recommendations please!

I’m just discovering more about this as many of us are and I’d love to start out with a panel to promote hair growth as well as help with sleep and skin healing!

Does anyone have any budget friendly recommendations or any reviews or warning on the below listed ones?? I don’t want to spend a crazy amount right now but I’d love to get one of these!
