Financial Aid Help

Hey guys i need help. I'm a nj resident but i got back like my financial aid package from Rutgers Newark and NB and it classified me as OUT OF STATE and gave me crazyyy tuition. i submitted a case on RUN one stop but can anyone give me some help on how to fix it because idk when they'll get back to me. ( i applied as in state and everything so im lost??????)
