What the actual hell is wrong with people's heads..

This just makes me sick to my stomach. There's no way people think this is right...just came across this post on TikT...when the person was offered advice they argued with everyone and said they are keeping it properly, literally after dumping the poor thing straight into an uncycled garbage bowl with 0 acclamation and someone else even jumped in and said HEATERS AND FILTERS WILL KILL BETTAS....like wtf is actually wrong with people...there needs to be more regulations or something for people buying and selling fish because this is disgusting.
