Changing original media and wheel

Hey guys,

I want to change my center media into an android one one my MK2 RS. What is your suggestions that works fine in place or the original media?

Also I want to change my steer wheel into a multimedia one, instead of the original RS without any controls. Will any other model work fine instead of the original? Do i need to work around or it's just a swap?
