This is insane????

Stripe have locked my account, taken 100% of my ballance and will not even let me refund the customers!!!

Hey there,

We wanted to follow up with an update to the status of your account after evaluating fresh information about it.

We changed the reserve plan on your Stripe account due to the increased dispute risk connected to the business you run. We will hold 100% of your account balance starting today through October 31, 2023, which is 120 days after the closing of your account. Any charges that are eligible for a refund will start to be processed immediately in 3 days. Beyond this, we aren't going to refund additional charges.

Any remaining balance will be added to this reserve if it is not repaid. The money you've set aside will help in paying for any disputes with your account during this time.

The remaining balance will be transferred to your bank account at the end of this period. Please let us know if you have any questions.
